Kolkata Industrial & Logistics | Year-End 2024

Kolkata witnessed an absorption of 5.3 mn sq. ft. of industrial and warehousing space in 2024 against 3.2 mn sq. ft. in 2023 with an increase of 65.6% from 2023 levels. On the supply side, the city witnessed the completion of 5.2 mn sq. ft. of industrial and warehousing space, with the total operational stock standing at 41.0 mn sq. ft.
